We're very excited to announce the release of our limited edition Aber Falls Rye Whisky on Monday, November 27th 2023 with 579 bottles available, distilled and matured in Wales.
Priced at £85 per bottle and available to purchase in person either at, our distillery visitor centre in Abergwyngregyn, or with very limited stock at our stand in the Food Hall at the Royal Welsh Winter show on November 27th & 28th.
On the first day we will limit the purchase of our rye whisky to no more than 2 bottles per person.
Our visitor centre will be open the usual times of 10:00-18:00
If we have stock remaining it will be available for purchase from our online store from December 4th.
These bottles will not be numbered, though this is something we are looking at doing with future releases.

Made with a combination of 51% malted rye and 49% Welsh malted barley, this Rye Whisky has been matured in a Virgin Oak cask for just over 3 years. This whisky is natural in colour & non-chill filtered – produces notes of Christmas cake candied fruits, marzipan, chocolate, and vanilla, whilst the palate delivers a taste of rye bread with hints of apple and malt, with a long-lasting, with a long delicately spiced finish reminiscent of spiced, ginger biscuits.
