Tasting Notes

• Colour: Light Golden
• Nose: A Light coastal salinity from the Manzanilla which is also influenced by the Menai Strait, floral chamomile notes, subtle hints of green apples with some light bread-dough notes
• Palate: Green apples followed from the nose onto the palate with some of the saline character. Toasted almonds and raisins reminiscent of Welsh Bara Brith.
• Finish: A gentle nuttiness and a soft spice to finish, with lingering ling mouthfeel.

• Seafood: Smoked or grilled seafood, such as oysters, smoked salmon or even sushi

• Soft Cheese: Brie, Camembert or other Mild, creamy cheeses that allow the whisky's flavours to shine.
