TOUR INFO
Please note children under 6 years of age will not be allowed into the distillery.
As we are a working distillery, we cannot guarantee that all, or any of the distilling equipment will be operational at the time of your visit.
The tour route through the distillery is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Should you require any special assistance please contact us in advance. Please note that flat sensible footwear must be worn during the tour.
CHILDREN
Children are very welcome to visit the Aber Falls distillery but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We are a fully operating distillery, with hot pipes and working equipment and therefore children under the age of 6 are not permitted to access the production area of the tour. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration prior to visiting Aber Falls as we do not have any facilities at the site to entertain children. We also reserve the right to ask any accompanying adults with children to leave should they cause any disruption to the experience of our other visitors.

PHOTOGRAPHY
For safety reasons, the use of mobile phones, all photography and video recording is strictly prohibited within the production areas of the distillery.
Anyone refusing to comply with these rules will be asked to leave.
ILLNESS
To ensure that all of our products are manufactured in the safest way possible, we ask that if you or a member of your booking are unwell and suffering from any gastrointestinal or contagious illness on the day, or just prior to your visit, that you postpone your visit until a later date.
